Fundació Mies van der Rohe

This was one of the highlights of the whole trip for me. It was so simple, but so beautiful and all of the following pictures are so cliché (less is more), but still amazing.

The Barcelona Pavilion's original purpose was purely cerimonial during the 1929 World Exhibition in Barcelona, designed by Mies van der Rohe of Bauhaus and Seagram Building fame. This was a comission from the German government in the waning years of the Weimar Republic.
