Savory breakfastdinner

Sometimes it seems like things we in America would normally eat for breakfast are eaten here for dinner. Last night, there was fried bread (like French toast, but on Slovak bread) onto which bryndza cheese is put. Amazingly delightful, and of course a more savory taste than sugar or syrup on the bread. My other option was to put ketchup on the bread, but this was not nearly as enticing as the bryndza. One of the sisters told me that her favorite topping for this bread was mustard and onions, which sounded really good, too.
