My delicious preemptively-celebrated Birthday Cake!So. Cake layer, cacao goodness though not overwhelming. Filling layer, buttercream and crushed hazelnuts, fresh from a tree in Sobrance. Top layer, gelatinous gelatin giving a smooth texture. Super yummy.
